2. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide digital samples and physical production samples. Sampling typically takes 3–7 days. Sample fees and shipping arrangements are confirmed before production.
3. What sizes can you manufacture?
We customize diameter and height to your product. Common production ranges are approximately 15–300 mm in diameter and up to 1,500 mm in length. Share your product dimensions and we will confirm feasibility and recommend the right structure.
4. What is the production lead time after sample approval?
Once the sample is approved and the order is placed, production takes approximately 15–30 working days, depending on quantity and structure complexity. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose.
5. Are your paper tubes food-safe?
We offer food-grade inner liners for applications that require direct food contact, including tea, coffee, and dry food products. Please specify your food-safety requirements when requesting a quote so we can recommend the correct liner and material combination.
6. Are the paper tubes recyclable or compostable?
Our paper tubes are recyclable in the paper waste stream. FSC-certified paper options are available, and we can review compostable material options depending on your target market’s requirements.
7. Can paper tubes include inserts to protect my product?
Yes. We offer inner inserts and liners to hold your product in place, reduce movement during shipping, and improve presentation. Insert options depend on your product shape, weight, and fragility.
8. What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
Please share: product type and dimensions, target quantity, preferred tube diameter and height (if known), artwork status, material and finishing preferences, and your target market. This helps us return an accurate quote faster.
9. Do you print on the inside of the tube as well?
We offer printing and finishing on the outer surface, including offset printing, CMYK and Pantone colors, foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV. Inner printing feasibility depends on the structure — please confirm with us for your specific design.
