FAQ about packaging
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct packaging and printing factory, not a trading company. All production is completed in-house, which allows us to offer more competitive pricing, better quality control, and faster communication.
What customization options do you offer for paper packaging boxes?
We offer full customization, including box structure, size, material, thickness, printing colors, surface finishes, and accessories. From rigid boxes and folding cartons to paper bags and tubes, every detail can be tailored to match your brand identity and functional needs.
What materials do you use, and are they eco-friendly?
We use FSC-certified paper, recycled paper, and biodegradable materials. All inks and adhesives can meet international environmental standards, making our packaging a sustainable choice for eco-conscious brands.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Absolutely. We can provide digital mockups, white samples, or fully printed samples so you can review structure, materials, and finishes before approving full production.
What surface finishing options are available?
We offer a wide range of finishes, including matte and glossy lamination, soft-touch coating, hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, UV spot, and textured papers—ideal for premium and luxury packaging.
What is your production lead time?
Standard production time is typically 20–30 days after sample approval, depending on order complexity and quantity. We also support urgent orders with optimized production scheduling.
Do you offer packaging design support for brands or agencies?
Yes. We work closely with brand owners and design agencies, offering structural design optimization, material suggestions, and cost-effective solutions without compromising design intent.
How do you calculate pricing, and how can we control costs?
Pricing is based on materials, box structure, size, printing, finishing, and order quantity. We help optimize costs by recommending suitable materials and production methods while maintaining premium quality.
How do you keep packaging costs competitive?
We control costs by sourcing materials directly, optimizing production processes, and reducing middleman margins. Our factory-scale production helps brands achieve lower unit costs, especially for repeat or bulk orders.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units. This decision is made to ensure stable quality, efficient production, and cost control for our clients.
Paper packaging involves multiple fixed setup costs, including printing plates, machine calibration, and finishing preparation. At volumes below 1,000 units, these fixed costs significantly increase the unit price and may affect consistency.
By setting the MOQ at 1,000 units, we are able to:
Optimize material utilization and reduce waste
Maintain consistent printing and finishing quality
Offer more competitive unit pricing
Ensure stable production schedules and on-time delivery
This MOQ allows us to balance quality assurance and cost efficiency, making it a practical choice for brands planning repeat orders or scalable packaging solutions.
For long-term cooperation or multiple SKUs with similar structures, we can also help optimize production planning to reduce overall costs.
